How our company began…
Through many years of working in the construction field, making new acquaintances and talking with friends & family, we finally had the courage, knowledge and experience to take things to the next level. In 2004 we opened our own General Contracting Company. We take pride in saying we are a company that consists of Family, lifelong Friends and Fire Fighters. Together we are Ho'Aloha Design Group.
Our company has grown since 2004. In the beginning the company started with 4 men, now in 2016 our company employs over 50 people. With this growth we are able to take on bigger challenges. We have been blessed to be chosen to build some of Hawaii’s Top Local Businesses.
Along with our Commercial Division, our Residential Division has been a driving force for Ho'Aloha. We take great pride in saying that we do all the work ourselves. Ho'Aloha is the only stop you need to make. We will be there to guide you through the very stressful process of building the home of your dreams. We'll handle all of your construction needs - starting with Blueprints to handing you the keys of your Dream Home. Our Showroom is filled with a variety of options for all of your construction needs, we have Cabinets, Counter tops and flooring to choose from. Chance is the visionary here at Ho'Aloha Design Group, being the owner and founder of Ho'Aloha Design Group. He keeps our company on the right track and makes sure we’re delivering consistent service. A sociable and friendly communicator, Chance makes each client feel like family. Developing each project with detailed attention and handling all the clients personal needs with care. We’re so lucky to have him as our fearless leader!
As the Operations Manager of Ho'Aloha Design Group, Chelsea is a shining star at our company, with a passion for getting things done. She is our key person for our boys out in the field. Helping bridge the gap between client and company. Also leading our residential division, Chelsea works closing with our home owners to bring each project to life. Customers love working with Chelsea, and we do too!
As the first point of contact for our company, Gina keeps the whole office running smoothly. Taking care of our daily business needs, from ordering supplies to sending out pay stubs. A beautiful ray of sunshine, Gina welcomes all new clients with a tour of our showroom and loves to show clients the new home design trends while your at it. She is the friendly voice you'll hear when you give us a call to schedule your next walk through.
Co - Founder
Attention to detail and getting the job done right. Shannon is an expert in all that he puts his hands to. With over 30 years of experience in the field, he is the lead man to go to for anyone in our company. Along side his childhood best friend Chance, he is one of the first to start this company up. Making Shannon a proud Co-founder of our Ho'Aloha ohana.
Thyrone Kalani Moleta
Kalani is the reason our warehouse is a well oiled machine. From getting materials stored and delivered, Kalani takes his job seriously as all jobs go through him from start to finish. His organized work ethic and great processing habits reflects in the way our warehouse looks.
Tara is a passionate coordinator for our corporate projects, who goes above and beyond to get the job done right for each store or restaurant that we open up. With an eye for interior design and extraordinary people skills, Tara never disappoints.
LaRen Kamalei Terukina
Marketing & Design
LaRen does a little bit of everything at Ho'Aloha Design Group. From managing our social media accounts to putting together video projects of completion. LaRen has a passion for how we as a company are reaching and communicating to all of our clients. Not to mention when the computers in the office go down, LaRen is our very own in house IT specialist.
